In his 40 years of experience in the entertainment industry, the California-native has amassed a resume that includes artist management, concert and tour promotion, television, video and film production and entertainment marketing. Oswald’s entrée into the world of entertainment came through producing festivals and live events. As his company grew, so did the scale of the events. The massive Rockfest at Texas Motor Speedway in 1999 starred Bush, No Doubt, Counting Crows, Wallflowers, Goo Goo Dolls, Matchbox 20, Jewel and others. Over 340,000 people gathered for the history-making event, which ranks in the Top 10 at #9 for attendance of all live concert events in world history and aired simultaneously on MTV and VH1 worldwide.
Currently in National Syndication on major networks (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX) is the Oswald created hit TV series THE SONG Recorded Live starring artists including Jewel, Train, Stephen Marley, CeeLo Green, Rick Springfield, Jason Mraz, Don McLean and many more profiling some of the biggest hits in the history of contemporary music. In 2003, collaborating with Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson & others, Oswald was instrumental in launching the Muzik Mafia, a collective of unknown and under appreciated artists who went on to redefine and expand the boundaries of country music as we know it today. Current OEG artist management clients include critically-acclaimed and award-winning country duo Big & Rich and Julio Iglesias Jr., singer/songwriter/worldwide pop star and actor. Julio's new album is set to release 2021 & is being produced by world renowned producer & hit song writer, Rudy Perez. Oswald also created, developed and produced the record setting two year 100 city Alabama American Farewell Tour, the final tour of the legendary country super group Alabama.

As a young teenager, the minute Charlie watched the Y-100 radio station banner being hung up at the roller skating rink in his home town of Ft Lauderdale, Florida, he knew music was his calling.
This 31 year music industry veteran hailing from Queens, NY started his career by launching his own record label Futura International Records at age 18, with the first release being his own band Linear and the Pop Smash "Sending All My Love" in 1989. Not only did he write the songs, produce and sing in the band, he tapped himself as the head of the radio promotion team. The problem... it was only him with five alias names and five different voices to make the company seem larger and if you can believe it, it worked! Linear went on to have multi platinum sales world wide. Charlie has continued on that course of success and has lent his talents to many known acts as a songwriter, producer, publisher, A&R executive and manager.
Charlie is now the new Senior Vice President at Oswald Entertainment Group overseeing day to day management activities for multi platinum hit duo Big & Rich and their self operated record label B&R Records. Now in the shows 5th season, Krista has taken on multiple roles including producer, host, drone operator, set designer & social media content creator. This 2024 race season, she will be back in the saddle again, this time racing her first round of the National GNCC on her 450 race bike!

Jayson was raised in the small rural village of Porcupine on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. Born to a 14-year old Lakota girl, too young to raise a child herself, Jayson was adopted and raised by his maternal aunt. His adopted parents provided him with travel opportunities that opened his eyes to possibilities beyond the poverty within the reservation borders.
After graduating from Little Wound High School on Pine Ridge, Jason joined the United States Marine Corps where he traveled the globe, strengthened his character and determination, and opened his world. Since proudly serving his country, he has been engaged in all aspects of business and entrepreneurism. For four years he owned his own successful medical services company. At Native American Natural Foods, Jayson became one of the most prominent faces and voices behind the marketing success of the traditional Native food the “Tanka Bar.” Known nationwide in Indian Country as the “Tanka Bar guy,” he mastered marketing Indian Country businesses. Recognized for his excellence in business and marketing, Jason was recruited to run the marketing department for the Cheyenne Arapaho Tribe’s casinos.
Brave Heart is Oglala and Mnicoujou Lakota. He is actively involved in his tribe and deeply committed to his traditional Lakota ceremonies and practices. He travels widely to cowboy and to service his clients throughout Indian Country and for public speaking engagements.
